It's Diabetes Awareness Month! A time to raise awareness about diabetes and the impact it has on millions of people each year. This month, CDI had the pleasure to have two of our faculty members featured on The Wrap, a podcast hosted by the Michigan Medicine Department of Communications. CDI director, Martin Myers, MD, PhD and Gretchen Piatt, MPH, PhD, co-director of the Michigan Center for Diabetes Translational Research shared information on diabetes research happening across our university along with updates on exciting new research to come.
