How We Serve Your Research Needs
Generation of targeted genetic rodent models, using CRISPR/Cas9 system in mouse or rat embryos:
-
Gene edited alleles (base changes/deletions)
-
Knockout alleles
-
loxP-flanked alleles
-
Large DNA fragment insertions targeting transgenes such as Cre and Flp recombinases or fluorescent reporters (e.g., GFP) to genes of interest
-
Cost includes targeting design, testing of guide RNAs for DNA targeting, and screening of potential founders by PCR and sequence analysis. Note: cost does NOT include injection costs
-
Application of CRISPR-Cas9 technology in specific genetic backgrounds is available on request, at extra cost
